Obey Me

Coming home from a business trip on a hot humid afternoon, I was tired. I put my key in the keyhole only to find out the door was unlocked. Walking in, I see the love of my life of two years standing in the kitchen making dinner.
Coming up behind him, I leaned into him and whispered in his ear that we would be having a Discussion on locking doors. Then sent him off to his Corner.
He looked back at me with his eyes pleading.
"This is not up for debate," I said.  When he continued to send me the pleading look, I softly said, "Obey me."
